Lost amid all the talk about the Arland Bruce trade was the news that a player still with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats has been named one of the four CFL Players of the Month.
After a stellar July, Justin Medlock has been named the CFL's Special Teams Player of the Month.
Medlock started the season nine for nine on field-goal attempts and finished the month a strong 12 for 14, while also booting a career-long 55-yard field goal in Week 4.
Medlock has been nothing short of spectacular since arriving in Hamilton and more than deserves this recognition.

Quietly, and with all due respect to Cobourne, Medlock is probably the biggest difference maker we added this year.
ReplyDeleteGood for him.
