No one forces you to click the links or visit the site.

You visit enough that you know which players I like, and you have made it abundantly clear (and despite you not putting your name on it and posting under "Anonymous" it is clear you are the same person every time) that you don't care for Glenn. So to somewhat echo your statement: "Dude, we get it, you hate Kevin Glenn." If you don't want to read one person's opinion on a player you dislike, then ignore it. It really is quite simple.

I'd make my points again about your flawed logic in regards to Glenn (or any QB that you decide to judge solely by wins or losses), but I've already made them and you will just continue to bring up the tired "he's a .500 QB" argument. I've tried numerous times to show you why you can't judge a QB on wins, but you steadfastly refuse to consider it. To once again somewhat echo your previous statement: "Dude, we get it, you judge QBs on nothing but wins."

What does Glenn running have to do with anything? There are plenty of QBs who don't run (like the last guy that won a Grey Cup in this very city) and no one makes a big deal out of it. Why does it matter if Glenn is a scrambler or not? We also heard in the off-season how Marcus Thigpen was going to have eight TD returns (he said it himself) and that the team was going to host the East Final (Bob Young's words); I don't remember either of those things happening. You hear lots of things in the off-season that don't materialize for one reason or another.

I remain skeptical of Burris until I see whether the second half of 2011 was an anomaly or whether it was the beginning of Burris's inevitable downturn. No one can say definitively whether Hamilton is better at QB than they were a year ago, despite what you or anyone else things. No one will know if they are better until the games get underway in the summer. I hope Burris achieves great things, but it's hard to get that Toronto game out of my head. He looked horrible. If that is the Burris the Tiger-Cats are getting, it will get ugly. Hopefully that won't happen, and getting traded will be the kick in the butt he needs, but until he gets back onto the field in a regular-season game, I'm not jumping on the Burris bandwagon.Josh Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09799905664821010049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3741247002544514122.post-62484814765469302772012-01-09T15:24:33.206-05:002012-01-09T15:24:33.206-05:00Dude, we get it, you love Kevin Glenn.
Obie wante...Dude, we get it, you love Kevin Glenn.

Obie wanted Glenn as his back up. He came in and won the job.

He was a .500 QB in Hamilton, Winnipeg and Saskatchewan. That's all he will ever be.

Hamilton went out and got a better QB. Up until Labour Day, no one would have said that Burris would be traded. Burris has a better track record and is still a better QB. All we heard last off season was that Glenn was going to be this running QB and it never materialized.

We saw what Glenn can do and he was not the guy to lead us to the Grey Cup.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3741247002544514122.post-9980993451475655472012-01-05T21:59:12.829-05:002012-01-05T21:59:12.829-05:00very nice article. i have never thought about this...very nice article. i have never thought about this what so ever, but now that you write this it makes sense. see what happens now with Burris at helm and Porter staying as backup.Ryanhttp://www.twitter.com/#ryanstrangnoreply@blogger.com
